Currently Loving | Time to Myself

It's been a while since I've collected up my favourites and this little bunch has been dying to be in the spotlight. This month we have seen British weather at it's finest, a few picnic days with lots of sun and a few wet ones which call for some serious sofa time. So without further ado these are a few things that pulled me through to November.

The Bookshop Book by Jen Campbell could possibly be my favourite book of the year. I'm only half way through but my dreams of owning a book store has been fuelled with author recommendations and stunning photographs. My mother has even asked to borrow it. She dreams of her own book store too, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree eh?  If you are a lover of books, long for the smell of printed paper and dream of walls piled high with the undiscovered then this is the book for you.

The book mark that I'm using is a cheeky photo booth reminder. Long story short I had a few too many glasses and was found dancing in front of a glitter cannon. Of course we needed to document my safe return.

With the cold slowly creeping in my hands have suffered. The Origins Make a Difference Rejuvenating Hand Treatment has been a life saver. It's quite thick so I use this before I go to sleep, and again in the morning. Then keep a lighter offering in my handbag for use throughout the day. Once a week I've been taking all my polish off and giving my nails a good clean up, then top it off with a little hand massage using this. Heaven.

I was recently introduced to HJ Manicure, a fantastic cruelty free and vegan friendly nail polish brand. I have a full review here, but for now lets just look at that colour, Purple Paradise. Doesn't it grow on you?

I just wanted to take this opportunity to point out that my cactus is growing babies! Well it looks like it haha, when I purchased this from IKEA there were two smaller ones around the bottom and now a couple of months later there a lots! Looks like this little one is ready to be repotted!

What have you been loving recently? Do you have any tips for repotting cacti?
