Currently Loving | Under £10

Recently i have been swallowed by the real world. Keeping up with university coursework, having a full time job, blogging, looking for an internship and scrambling together enough money to buy the latest must haves. It can't just be me that is feeling totally swamped at this time in the academic school year! I can't promise an entry into uni or having enough time to revise for your exams but i can knock one thing off that list. The top high street beauty picks for under ten pounds.

One of my main set backs is skin care. So I've put together a few products that are of the same quality as those on the counters you so desperately stare at as you walk past. Una Brennan Super Facialist Pore Purifying Clay Mask £8.99. This was part of my last review and one of my top budget buys! Cover your t-zone and leave the rest to magic. It targets problem areas reducing toxins, dirt and excess oils.

Makeup wise, most high street products are under ten pounds. But these are a couple that i think should be worth so much more! L'Oreal Telescopic Waterproof Mascara £10.99(Almost there) My lashes do not look the same without it. Clump free, lengthening and can hold an outrageous curl! Need i say more? Living in England, getting some sun is rare. So i like to dust a bit of Bourjois Delice De Poudre Bronzing Powder £6.99. Not only does it smell delicious, the small flecks of gold will give your skin a sun kissed glow. I use it almost every day! And what budget collection would be complete without the Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick £8.00. This balm stick smooths onto your lips with a gloss finish and crammed with colour! Perfect for if your not ready to brave the bright matte lipstick trend. (Myself included!)

Again finding a nail varnish in the likes of boots can be over whelming. I wait for the offers, the buy one get one half price and the three for two. I can walk out of boots with three nail polishes for under five pounds if i play my cards right. My favourites are Essie £7.99, Rimmel Salon Pro £4.49 and Barry M £2.99-£3.99. The reason being these are always discounted in some way, continuously bring out new colours, have impeccable formulas and last forever. Essie has recently brought out their Summer 2013 collection, with the more the merrier being my absolute obsession at the moment. Rimmel Salon Pro hold the title for the best CHANEL Holiday dupe! (Review here) Next time your having a browse look for Summer Orange. I promise you wont be disappointed. And lets not forget the carnage that Barry M's Gelly Collection caused in beauty isles across the country! Yes i was trampled. But i left with as many colours as i could carry! With all the boxes ticked I'll probably be back there on my lunch break!

And the most expensive, brushes! I refuse to pay over fifteen pounds for a MAC 217. If someone wants to treat me then I'll be more than happy to accept it. But my own money? That used to be more than my weekly food shop at uni. Enough of my moaning, the solution? Real Techniques! Samantha Chapman has answered our prayers. Each brush is around ten pounds and is a-ma-zing quality. I cannot fault them. The reason i speak so highly of them is because of their sets. The Core Collection £21.99, holds four brushes. The Starter Set £21.99, holds 5 brushes. And The Limited Edition Duo Fibre Set £23.99, for the three creme de la creme of brushes.

What beauty bargains have you picked up recently?
